-Pretty solid pay for retail job -Some room for promotion -Gained valuable knowledge about cars -Met good people

Cons

-Hours-- expect to work weekends, through lunch, 50+ hours a week -Not much work/life balance- alternating schedules every week and no vacation for 1 year -Hard to reach sales goals for managers -Constantly being pushed to sell CFNA cards that nobody wants -Training is spotty -Management plays favorites w/ certain stores -Good deal of turnover- most employees are fairly unhappy

Great people to work with. Extremely laid back atmosphere. When it's not busy you get a lot of down time. Become very close with other co-workers.

Cons

Hard to get raises. When it's busy you are BUUUUSY! Poor upper management... will move people around alot.
