there is good job security and the health benefits are pretty solid and it takes a lot to get fired

Cons

the pay is NOT competitive with other repair shops and the hours are HORRIBLE (more than any other place I know at 53+) and only upper management makes good money

Firestone pays well and has good benefits also has a really good employee discount that can be used for any work you need

Cons

i feel like they own me and good luck getting days off if you need them. I don't know when I'm working till last minute.
