Pros

great coworkers pizza party's!!! some training

Cons

horrible pay and hours upper management would literally let a customer spit on them if it meant they would not leave a bad review I don't know what more to say. The job is terrible, they work you to the bone and the pay is atrocious.

Pros

Good benefits and you have the ability to shift to different stores depending on needs and travel distance

Cons

EPIC is a joke. Days of cold-calling random people to beg for their attention so you can rip them off with mediocre service. Something has to be majorly screwed up for someone to get punished or fired, and chances are that they'll just be shipped to another store. Customers are offended by the dumbest crap and a single hot review can tank your week or month. Being forced to get so many credit applications or being berated because you couldn't.

Pros

I worked with some very talented and hard working people. I can't say that the company had anything to do with that but I enjoyed working with them.

Cons

Where do I start? I don't have the time to give this question an honest and complete answer. Let's just say their system is designed to hog tie the employees into working themselves to death just to meet a full time week. The flat rate pay system in my opinion is designed wholly to set up employees to lose and the company to win. It encourages questionable suggested repairs by inspections. The ratios of company earnings vs employee earnings per job is disgusting. These mechanics work themselves raw and a typical situation would be the mechanic getting $30 - $40 for a $2000 job. I've been in this business s long time so I understand overhead and inventory costs etc. These are highly technical positions these days. Cars are more complex every day and they are only going to get more-so. There is no excuse for paying these hard working and talented people a starting wage commensurate to a worker at McDonald's i think you all get the point.
