      - Finally investing in our technology - Sr Leadership seems to be working together now - New technology leader seems to be able to get things done (finally)

      Cons

      -Still a lot of jockeying for power and influence -Some senior leaders still play favorites with performance reviews, but it's better than it used to be -Never see our CEO anymore

      Not too far to travel to.

      Management!!! I accidently bumped into a Manager and she looked at me like I was some peasant. She didn't even say "Excuse Me." The Management there need to learn if they want respect they need to give it first. Fat chance of that ever happening!! I am surprise that the door frames are not wider to fit their big arrogant heads!! I am so glad I found another job. Its nice to know that you can be treated and recognized really well from other companies!!!
