      Pros

      Great working hours, lots of holidays, great team leaders, colleagues of all types of nationalities and amazing training.

      Cons

      Coffee machine breaks sometimes and the computers are out of date but will hopefully be upgraded soon.

      - growth opportunities - career development - good colleagues - training I've worked at FADV for a number of years, and our office has made real positive strides over the last couple of years. Every employee in my department now has a career development plan, and management have put work into developing employees and their skills. My manager is fair, honest, and extremely approachable. I feel supported in my role, and the company encourages new ideas and solutions from all employees, regardless of their level. The wellness and social team do a great job of putting on activities and events to foster team work and cohesion between different teams and departments. The work is interesting, and requirements and processes change, meaning you do not become stagnant or bored.

      - challenges in developing international requirements on US system - cohesion of processes across the world Product are highly focused on US requirements and products, but this is slowly changing with more international clients moving onto the same system.
