      Pros

      Reading through many other reviews I noticed that many of things mentioned as areas that are lacking are very actively being worked on now in a massive effort to create a more employee-centric environment and company. For all the criticism leadership has received they have continued to push forward and show that employees are being heard and action being taken while staying focused on building the business.

      Cons

      There is a very reactionary approach to fixing things, I do believe this will change over time but it's still frequent.

      Low Pay Expensive Benefits No Work Life Balance Managers don't care about employees Too many VP, CEO, Etc. Keep hiring people that don't actually work No Pay Raises - minimal merit increase Everyone has the 'Not my job' mentality No official training - thank god for coworkers Only a numbers game for the upper management - how much revenue will they bring. When will we get the revenue, etc. No clear job titles/responsibilities - everything changes daily

      Really good benefits. fun and more productive if you had an open office and awesome co-workers.

      Management too demanding, Some of them were pretty cool, but others were not.
