      Some work life balance, good learning opportunity, good people around you on your team.

      Cons

      Awful management, no overtime, can and will remove benefits at anytime, consistent threat of write ups, inability to provide feedback to employees, no coaching and developing, no logical promotions, apathetic HR management, only focus on profits not people, employees feel like their jobs are always on the chopping block, employees are scared to give management feedback due to fear of termination.
