There is positive momentum in this company. If you are in sales or Account Management you will have an incredible training experience and work in an environment that values continued development. This company also has great people and is bringing in really great people.

Cons

The cost of benefits and the increase in the amount employees pay this year is outrageous

Pros

Great team environment. People are willing to work together to break down silos and to get projects done. There are many new corporate initiatives all intended to streamline processes. The future is bright! The Chief Revenue Officer is a breath of fresh air and truly gets what makes a company great. Working closely with the CEO, HR and Finance, many great changes have already happened and there is a strategy in place to make it even better. The chances to be creative to fix problems or to present solutions is always, always welcomed.

Cons

The inherent challenge of merging companies is quickly becoming a thing of the past, but there are still silos that exist.
