Pros

Work from home but that really is all I can think of at this time. 5-10 years ago it was a great place to work (during the ChoicePoint then LexisNexis days).

Cons

Very poor leadership, lots of talk and no action. No customer loyalty, too many VP's who don't do much of anything. Customers are leaving left and right and for very good reasons. No company culture or training at all!!! You will be told that this is NOT a 40 hour a week job and will be expected to work way more than that. 5-10 years ago it used to be a great place to work before all of the great people left.
