      WORST company I've ever worked for

      I guess the hours aren't so bad.

      Cons

      Supervisors aren't monitored enough. They do what they want, and show favortism to the people they like. I was on the verification specialist team, the supervisor when on maternity leave and had the "team lead" take over.. She was the most unprofessional, mean, and lazy person I had ever met there. She talked about people.... Talked about EVERYONE to other people.. just awful! The people in this department will watch your every move and report it back to management.. if the people are friends of the supervisor, you will definitely hear about it. They don't investigate anything, just simply act on it.. They'll be laughing in your face, and calling your hiring company over something someone has told them... hear say. If you're not liked, rather you're doing your job or not, they will continue to pick on you, only to justify why they aren't renewing a contract. The I.T guy was horrible as well. there are two, the older guy was nice, the younger one, not so much... if you need help, try not asking that guy, he'll talk about you to the team lead. It was a horrible experience for me. If you're black, go somewhere else.. This is not the place for you.

      Positive Impact by new Sales Leadership

      Pros

      There has been continuous improvement throughout the organization. Many changes occurred since 2013 and I definitely see how the changes in account management and sales are making a positive impact on new and existing clients.

      Cons

      There are still some areas that need improvement. The good news is- there are plans in place to make those changes.

      Pros

      Great employees to work with and lots of opportunity to learn new skills. People are very supportive and encouraging.

      Cons

      The change of command is a little disorganized
