      Pros

      Operations is the best place in FADV. Operation Managers AM`s are very much helpful and supportive. Good going managers keep going........

      Cons

      The management has to change the Salary Slabs for new joiners who are experience and also for the rehires, they think Rehires are fools to come to their interview bay just to fill the chairs in the lobby HR sucks they need to change, they will be roaming from east to west without asking or informing the candidates who had come for interview they keep telling "you have to wait for some time" and that some time will go up to 2 hours. please change or quit the job don`t spoil the name of First Advantage. The HR from 2012 to 2014 were the best i have their names too "Divya Naidu, Soumyashree P and Ramya."

      I liked my boss and the people I worked with and the location was ideal from my home

      Cons

      Very unorganized and some departments and a lot of jobs were sent overseas.

      Great place to start out

      Pros

      The people were great, once you got to know them. Training was also good, prepared to do the job after a week of training with various people in the organization.

      Cons

      There was very little opportunity for growth once you were trained in the role and the job became very repetitive (same thing daily)
