Cons

Everything... Especially the senior guys they absolutely have no idea about leadership but yes you can have them talk about it for hours... The EVP uses abusive language on the floor, on calls... Everywhere. FADV is ANTI women

Pros

First Advantage is developing and growing in a market which, due to the necessity of the service is also growing. The company spends more money on technology than any other in the industry and has taken time to strengthen it's customer service and account management team to ensure the retention of active clients and provide a first class service for new contracts - this means developing yourself within the company is made more probable and possible.

Cons

Without a positive outlook and willingness to apply yourself you will not make the mist of First Advantage.
