      - Toxic environment where leadership infighting is common - CEO provides no direction for the business; does not understand the industry - Remote work benefit can be negated by the expectation to be available 24/7 - Disappointing benefits package

      Pros

      Not many since the merger with First Advantage and STG. Middle mgmt gets it and understands people. Flexibility is awesome- work from home.

      Cons

      No support from executives. Broken processes- many client failure points. internal teams support is lacking and slow. No formal training. Too many move the shell games and politics so upper leader looks good verses what's really going on. No reporting. Finance poorly run. CRM system broken "Siebel."
