Pros

Disconnected management never knew if I was doing my job or not. Made for many early days. Benefits actually decent which is a surprise given they strip everything else away. Great business lesson in where NOT to work!

Cons

Rather than rattle off a very long list of cons, I'll keep it simple: Avoid this company even if you are desperate for a job. Besides, nobody knows how long they'll last because tomorrow your job could be in India or sourced out to a PT temp. Clea example of capitalism at it's worse.

Good place to work

Pros

Overall a good place to work with the flexibility to work on my own and get the job done. Pressure to produce and meet sales goals, but if you were successful, they let you have much more flexibility.

Cons

The overall direction of the company is a question, as there were multiple organization changes and lack of communication.

Pros

The people on my team I worked with were fabulous. I had many opportunities to work with great teams that let me learn new skills and was able to work in different parts of the organization. But who didn't, since it is a constant state of change.

Cons

The constant state of change, lack of focus, lack of honesty- despite the words and communication of transparency. Management only focuses on the bottom line and then even then can't make the company perform appropriately.
