Pros

The management is really flexible and understanding. thers full health coverage for a decent price. There's plenty of PTO and opportunities for overtime. There is plenty of work.

Cons

There is a total lack of communication between departments. There's little communication between management and employees. Everything is totally disorganized. The on boarding process was ridiculously unorganized. It took months to get a computer. The only way to get someone to do their job is to copy their manager in on the email. When there's an issue, it can literally take weeks to fix.

A lot of work still needs to be done

Pros

Great people to work with - Directors are all friendly, well, the new ones, loved the flexibility they have with work life balance and I honestly can't think of anything else.

Cons

Remuneration is poor - lower than the national standards, the Directors who have been there the longest need to be sacked cause of their inability to do their job properly. A lot of TLs and Team Managers are put in their place because a lot of people leave, and the quickest solution is to replace them with who ever is available. No on going development for anyone. Processes are appalling - but this is apparently being looked at and the the overall morale is depressing. You don't feel like you can achieve any goals - because you can't - no time, no money, not enough resources.
