Pros

Good experience to add to your work history

Cons

There are a lot if issues with this company has lack of support, guidance, morals and values no good communication with the supervisors, the equipment rarely worked, the training was the worst training I've ever had.

Pros

There is some flexibility, if needed.

Cons

Below average pay, not much growth opportunity and at times, unprofessional work environment. Don't let the job postings fool you. First Advantage is known to go through hiring sprees, followed most of the time by downsizing sprees! A company that loves to outsource overseas so you see a lot of "good" reviews from employees residing in those countries. A rather dishonest executive management team. You'll hear about "growth" yet pay raises are laughable and bonuses don't really exist unless you're in certain positions.

Pros

Like most others have stated - good PTO, benefits fair, work remote, management disconnected so can get away with working only a few hours a day.

Cons

Nobody knows what's going on. Colossal disorganization as result of merging too many companies at once with no process plans. Company has outright said their goal is to grow global, so I guess that means to F over the U.S. customer base and employees, while they take their very average products and try to penetrate overseas markets wheres there's little competition. This has meant lots of lip service to U.S. based employees so impossible to know what's in store for you here. Very little growth opportunity in U.S. Do not work here unless you're going to a foreign office perhaps.
