      Good colleagues, most of who have left, Cannot find 20 words to write pros, a company is by the employees it has and this one does not know the basics

      Cons

      Absolutely no leadership, politicking to the maximum, no coordination amongst the leadership Promotes, rewards, endorses suckers Management gives lame reasons on the decision they make, does not have a clue of the ground reality All talk but none implemented till date

      Cons

      A company spiraling downward as a result of private equity greed. A real shame to see so many unhappy employees, and the feeling is spreading quickly to customers. The customer attrition rate is staggering, and the only way they're preserving margins is to keep cutting but demanding more. Although I'll hand it to these snakes for going global since being new to overseas markets gives them the best and only chance to actually grow. I'm afraid their reputation in the U.S. is tarnished beyond repair.
