Pros

There are no pros for FADV

Cons

Was a former LN employee and when STG acquired them, I was caught up in the acquisition. Wish I had been one of those ones who was let go. I could have gone back and applied for a career with LN again. FADV has all of these cons: Poor leadership and management. Current CEO is disengaged. Poor customer service No chance for promotion from within. All talk and no action. No resources for employees to effectively do their job. Poor employee engagement processes.

Pros

The only pro is the foolish dedication of some coworkers that are good people who have not left yet

Cons

This is a horrible company for employees and customers alike. They have an extraordinary lack of leadership and direction as is demonstrated with 4 CEOs in as many Tera and the current out flux I executive and senior management team. CEO is neither liked nor trusted and his team is full of talking heads. He routinely lies to employees announcing the end of layoffs and off shorting only to do it again a few days r weeks later. Most key employees are looking or are gone or were severed to offshore their jobs or keep lower less qualified employees. Those of us left are just migrating accounts until our jobs are eliminated and the severance packages are awful and get worse with each new layoff. Clients are leaving or looking. Hold times for clients are 20 minutes plus. The only focus is on off shoring and money savings. They are a typical picture of VCs gone bad. They are ruining what was a decent place because they are "the 800 pound gorilla" of the screening industry and don't care about their customers their employees or their reputation.

Pros

Pretty new office for clients to visit.

Cons

Micro Management at all levels. Focus on offshoring and the bottom dollar. Not customer or employee experience.
