Pros

The facilities provide oxygen and water needed for basic survival

Cons

Micromanagement, time cards required for professional level employees in the year 2013! they make you document every second of the day. 401k has no employer match, the fees are high, and the investment options are very poor, benefits in general are a joke and not comparable to a major employer, no room for advancement at all. Forget about having a career here.

Good Experience...Although Changed Over Time

Pros

As a new spin-off business years ago, there was a lot of opportunity to take on responsibility, make important contributions, enhance your career and help a young organization grow. Good accessibility to senior and C-level leadership when publicly traded, in my experience.

Cons

Noticeable morale shift after ownership change with former corporate parent three years ago and then privatization two years ago. Awkward leadership changes and irregular and somewhat contradictory communications on company vision, stability and progress during these periods, arguably when employee buy-in and commitment is needed most.

Pros

Not a bad place to work overall. Some real good people to work with. Laid back work environment. St Pete Florida office is in one of the best locations in the USA. Pto program is great.

Cons

Not a clear company vision! The company seems to have disorganization from top to bottom in many departments. Communication from upper management is lacking. Outsourcing and offshoreing coupled with training issues in many departments seems to be the root cause of the company disorganization. Metrics in some departments are not real good indicators of the individual production. There is also not enough team building functionality. St Pete corporate office (2 hours from Orlando Attractions, 25 mins from all Pinellas Gulf beaches, 45 mins from Sarasota, 10-15 mins from Tampa Airport and downtown st pete ) is moving to Indy which is a total headscratcher. Merit raises are very low here.
