      Pros

      Some fantastic employees here -- many remain loyal and do a great job in attracting and serving clients. Best part of the organization would be its excellent long-held client relationships.

      Cons

      Most employees do no have a clear picture of the company's goals and strategies for growth. Present CEO promised better communciation, top-down, but it hasn't happened.

      Where it Doesn't Pay to be Loyal

      the benefits of learning certain skills and gaining experience that has helped me land another job.

      Cons

      Outright lying to employees and assuring them that the company is stable - then turning around a month later and laying off 90% of the workers. There is little to no opportunity for growth, management will refuse to let employees apply for other jobs within the company. The culture and atmosphere is dire at best and moral is non-existent. Employees are demeaned and insulted on a weekly basis and additional work is piled on with no compensation in pay or benefit. No one has any idea of what is going on at any one point and the slackers and/or people with attitude problems are rewarded while loyal, reliable employees with over 5 years of continued and dedicated service are passed over or let go for no reason.
