      Company lacks foresight and does not value employees!

      Pros

      Manager located in another State therefore worked with 100% autonomy and so was able to build bridges with other units that that Manager had neglected.

      Cons

      Company did not value their employees; the office was in a bit of disrepair, the raises were small, training program for new hires did not exist, no performance standards set and Human Resources was not an advocate.

      Pros

      Can wear jeans to work, somewhat flexible hours.

      Cons

      Managers are not competent and do not have the knowledge they need to do their jobs. Company has shipped somewhere between 20 & 50 jobs offshore from the Indianapolis office. They are firing employees with 15+ years service to send their jobs overseas just to save a buck. They have no personal concern for their employees. Just terminated 75 employees in St. Pete and are sending jobs overseas.

      Pros

      Location - St. Petersburg - In a decent office park right off the interstate. Good central location. Too bad its closing.

      Cons

      Management is a revolving door, zero communication to employees (until you're released) no raises or bonuses for years, lots of offshoring. Look elsewhere.
