My husband worked as an entry level employee for this company. We gave up many nights and weekends for research and overtime. There were many days we could not even walk downtown to have lunch together because my husband was working so hard. Then, on a whim, my husband was terminated for opening a webpage that is typically allowed at other companies. It was never made clear to him that opening the webpage was against company policy. Instead of a discussion, or a warning, his manager fired him. We have a young child and now the company is denying unemployment benefits and we are quickly headed for credit card debt. I cannot believe the horrible management and chain of events that has recently taken place. This company does not have leadership. It has a no-survivors watchdog system that doesn't communicate well. DO NOT WORK HERE. IF YOU DO YOU'RE only putting yourself in jeopardy.

Small company culture and the setting can be unprofessional at times. It’s easy to get comfortable. There also seems to be a lack of consistency.
