Not stressfull, good quality of life

Cons

No ability to move up. Either you are in a management position and extremely overpaid, or extemely underpaid. Executives are constantly bringing in outside people for management roles and throwing lots of money at them thinking they will be able to solve the companies problems. After 2-3 years, it happens all over again.

Used to be a great company, then it was purchased multiple times.

Downtown view, on site parking, pro-rated vending machine, dress code, annual increase.

Cons

Management doesn't listen or try to improve things, no consistency, little to no training and then they blame the employees, does not promote from within when it matters most.

Small environment, lots of contacts for escalations. They care about maintaining a personal atmosphere. Really great location down town San Diego

Cons

Company is very unorganized. Not the normal corporate feel. There is no structure for pay or organization chart. Or if there is, it's not common knowledge.
