      Decent on boarding for new employees

      The Senior Executive Management team changes goals so that the incentive is hard to achieve. They have a very small heart when it comes to employees becoming ill with a serious medical condition. Don't belittle employees after making a mistake without getting their side first.

      upper management does not care what you have to say, the company is run by 6 white males who meet every week and make every single decision, the pay is so low, and the dress code is stuck in the 1950s. If you are a woman or minority-- RUN
