      Old culture, good people

      Pros

      The people are very knowledgeable which provides a good learning environment. They also provide extensive training for retail banking. 10 paid holidays is a plus.

      Cons

      The company has an "old" culture feel. Can make you feel that it's not 2017. High deductible health plan, only 10 days vacation that has to be accrued, medical plan doesn't cover all preventative care, no vision insurance, no STD

      Pros

      The people there really care about your knowledge of banking. I've been in banking for over 15 years and am learning more at FAB than I have at any other bank.

      Cons

      I wish my coo workers could be more engaging on a personal level with me being new and all. But maybe it's best. That way, it keeps down the mess that can go on in an office.

      The pay is a plus. Mileage reimbursement is quick within 7-10 days.

      Cons

      The managers are horrible. They lack any kind of kindness or decency. Terrible work/ life balance Call Nights on short or no notice. Outside work on your dime. Regional Managers must have come from Wells Fargo
