      Pros

      If you're the type of person who just wants to get by in life, this is the place for you. Just show up.

      Cons

      The company offers little in terms of personal and professional growth. Overall, the company is way out of the times and has no sense of the technology growth occurring in the banking industry right now. They say they have the best customer service, but so does every other bank on the block. Overall, the organization is very bureaucratic. Maybe 1 of 10 people I met at the company I was glad to have as a co-worker. Most are miserable and specifically told me they don't like their jobs and wish they had left years ago.

      Pros

      Impeccable Training: Knowledge-wise for Banking, you become the equivalent of an ABM/BM at other banks

      Cons

      The Pay: What they don't tell you is that you're not just a PB. You're customer service, you're a loan officer, you're a small business banker, and so on and so on. But your "title" is only Personal Banker so you get paid slightly better than the average banker for doing three times as much.

      The loan department managment was very helpful and understanding with career path

      Cons

      The middle management is awful along with upper management. They did not promote within. I experience favouritism by certain managers. They do not compete with pay or benefits Was told “Your lucky you have a job when so many people are looking”
