Awful Place to work.

Pros

Some of the customers are nice. The hours you worked at the branch were nice. Many holidays off. Thats it.

Cons

Everything. Poor management at the upper level. Sales and no compensatiion for it. No incentive for selling just something your expected to do and nothing to show for it.

Okay company but needs some serious change

Pros

Most of the employees are really good people. Good work-life balance. Decent 401k match and ESOP They embraced the remote business model more than I expected.

Cons

The benefits are terrible compared to industry standard. The pay could also be better. The technology is unreliable. There are many people in management who do not deserve to be there while other hard working employees are offered no career growth/ opportunities.
