Pros

My co-workers were amazing and would go above and beyond to help out, that's it

Cons

Management is run by a group of white men who haven't adjusted to the 21st century. The pay is pretty lackluster - not comparable to the industry average No work/life balance - They expect you to always be available, even if you're not in the office. Benefits are trash - No maternity leave and sick days don't get paid out once you leave Their training center is in a strip mall in the middle of nowhere.

Pros

Excellent co-workers...that’s about it. If no opportunity for overtime is your thing then that would be the only other positive

Cons

Pay is horrendous with essentially next to no room for growth within your role. Upper management only cares for money. Happy to hire kids out of school for pennies and then allow you to leave after 2 years and start the process over again.
