Business Outlook
Pros
A large company within a shrinking industry. They will still be standing through industry changes.They will also do their best to keep productive employees from being let go although some "good ones" have been lost in the real estate down turn. The benefits are good but not great.
Cons
Hard to be have your accomplishments recognized beyond your immediate manager. Promotions are very hard to come by and there is a top-heavy management structure. This is a good place to be if you require little supervision and aren't afraid of rolling up your sleeves.
