Pros

Kind, nice orientation location, open to ideas.

Cons

Honestly it started off a mess, there was poor communication from the start and unfortunately that wasn’t where it ended. The branch I was in was so lacking in staff that everything was done in a very sloppy way with little to no real training on procedural processes. The unprofessional behavior continued with the branch manager being extremely rude and quick to anger when told news she didn’t like. I can’t say every branch is bad but yikes it was rough. Also the pay scale is terrible for this company, they pay the very bottom of the scale for their positions. Also I should note I did experience several micro aggressions of homophobia while in the workplace from different coworkers and nothing happened when I brought this up to management.
