      Pros

      Strong company and meteocore benefits and wonderful staff.

      Cons

      Expects you to always go above and beyond to suit their agenda, but won't even do a fraction of that for you. Youre merely a # not a person. Believe nothing management says. Completely smoke and mirrors. Spent tons of money on "Service excellence" only to ignore top performers and used as a means to only promote "friends" and if you're a minority, good luck!! This bank actively runs on the "Good 'ol boys" system entirely! It's a shame a company that has sooo much potential still chooses to align themselves with corporate America stereotype. Advancements purely determined by the relationship you have with executives, NOT by performance and sacrifice.
