The benefits are sufficient, and the UPPER management is OK.

Cons

Upper management and area management are constantly in sales mode whether the customer needs it or not. You're told that you have an opportunity to move up, but it's years down the road if you're given the opportunity. It's all about the business, not the customers or the employees.
