Met some great people. The Holidays and vacation days was nice.

Poor management, HR never solved anything, a lot of favoritism, and every year for Christmas they gave us wine when prefer a gift card.

2 weeks of PTO till you hit 5 years ?!? HORRIBLE health insurance and dental. Awful management, training ? There is none you learn as you go. Software is as old a dinosaurs. Didn’t care about our health or even got hazard pay during pandemic hours, we ran at normal hours and nothing was done. Oh I forgot we got to wear jeans on Friday !!! Wee! The company is sales goals driven, how can you sell to the same 3 customers. You get write ups and placed on a leader board if you preform bad the whole company can see your name on it.
