Pros

Good company to work for. Good benefits vacation, health care and retirement. Competitive pay. Family oriented. Training offered. Work from home option. I feel like my contribution is appreciated.

Cons

The headquarters could be in a better location in St Louis. Dress code is still business casual. Could use better communication between teams.

The company match portion and your individual 401K contributions are both 100% non-forfeitable (vested) from day 1 of contributing! Never had that that with any company before! Very generous

Cons

Some of the branches are a little older and could use some redecorating
