The best part is getting to know your customers and the community

Cons

Management that sets unrealistic customer service expectations. They have the SMILE program which feels robotic in nature. The SMILE program is intended to give customers a better experience but it far from does that. It is intrusive on customers.

They are cheap and don't hide it. Bottom line seems to be the only factor at times. I didn't feel upper management was trustworthy.

Employee centered , field focused, competitive pay, and great culture.

Cons

Merged with First Cash and things have gone downhill. Very little communication about changes or company updates. People feel left in the dark.
