The money and the people I was working with when I started was fun.

Cons

After I switched to a new location and had a different manager saying i was doing this wrong and checked with the district manager, she said you did it correct I went and told the the manager "the district manager said I was correct." It blew up from there and hated it and asked to transfer but the district manager was being told lies and said "quit if you can't handle it?" So after that statement I left and never looked back just happened to me but I hope others like their position.

Everything is common sense. You have the freedom of maong your own choices. For example putting the price on certain items. Its little staff per store, so you get along with everyone. They will become like your second family. You learn so much every single day.

Cons

You have to have extremely good customer service skills. Some customers may come on on a bad side and you can't hold a grudge on them.
