      management team lies on regular employees to get them fired and if you speak to someone hire you will get fired as well your freedom of speech is taken away in this company if you decide to retaliate! in this company is not what you know is who you know!!

      I liked the company's core values.

      Cons

      4 robbies at my store in a little over 1 year.. Stressful times, cut costs, only care about getting a sale. Unappreciated. Management and district managers in need of better leadership skills. I felt managers never used the companies core values. Commission is a low percentage.

      Pros

      Pay and incentive program was great in 2006-2010...then they restructured the incentives plan to make it difficult to bonus. I enjoy the pawn business. BUT you have to have butt-kissing skills to progress in the old boys club.

      Cons

      Georgia (falcon) acquisition was the destruction of 10,20,30 yr service employees. I believe the company new it was going to be selling 4 years ago.
