      Pros

      Executive team in place has great vision for future and true desire to help their customers. Employees are challenged and engaged.

      Cons

      Company has been going through some transition lately with the upcoming merger with First Cash Financial Services. There are signs that the culture could be fading and the company losing its identity.

      Cleaner the EZ pawn good deals on items

      Cons

      Some of the mangers were made managers just because they worked for the company for 15 years even though they have no idea how to be a manger. They let a customer threating myself another employee and our lives and let the customer come back in the building and still have them a loan. They didn't even recognize people who did the right thing and caught a assistant manger stealing a lot of jewelry
