Pros

These is an observation from someone on the outside looking in who has worked with one of the most powerful companies in Las Vegas since 1993, Up to two years ago it could be said it cared about its employees. They place managers with experience with being unbiased prior to two years ago.

Cons

Can speak about one manager especially today who runs the store on Sunset Blvd,Henderson,NV. Has poor ethics in communications (seems to be Bi-Polar) with employees. Employees are always wrong when a situation occurs then cools down to ask about the incident. On his watch a major robbery happened 14 months ago. His philosophy is that every one has to get over it even though there is an employee who is still under work men's comp and major doctor care. Threatens employees about keeping there job after being with the company after 11 years knowing that this employee suffered major damage from the incident 14 months ago. HR is of NO SUPPORT. He fails to communicate the truth and feels his power is to humiliate, disregard employees wealth fare which goes hand in hand to protect and represent your company. Spends more than 80% in his office or in the back on the phone. You call that ready for action and observing the day to day operations. Why have so many of the older employees either transferred out or quit?
