Pros
No late nights. No early mornings. Work in air condition on the sales floor but not in the warehouse in the back.
Cons
Constant emails and telephone conversations micro managing what the General Managers are doing. No clear direction on anything but if there is there will be a knee jerk reaction the next day to change. Everything is crisis. Too many programs for entry level employees to comprehend and execute. All ways had company picnics and a Christmas party, now its not in our budget? Company priorities have changed. Employees were once the priority. Now its the stockholder.
