      Pros

      The coworkers are mostly good people. You'll probably make a real friend or two. It's a nice, clean job.

      Cons

      Customers can be kind of taxing on the mood. You'll sometimes have to turn people down that are in desperate situations.

      Casual dress, snacks and drinks are provided, laid back atmosphere. Coworkers are nice and friendly.

      Pay could be better. Office morale is lacking and employees tend to feel under appreciated by management.
