We earn commissions, so the more you sell, the more you make. Flexible scheduling, managers understand us since most of them started out as pawnbrokers.

Cons

Backrooms of the stores get hot in the summer!

I loved the working with different ppl every day and the constant challenge.

Cons

They pay was great with all of the over time I worked, but hourly the pay was not enough. They have no respect for your life outside of work as they expect you to work 12 hour shifts 6 days a week. You don't get any credit for all the hard work you do.

Large company with opportunity for growth and very good hours for being basically a retail store. Fun place to work. Decent benefits

Cons

CEO is on the way out and they are cleaning up the bottom line. Many changes have been made to reduce the number of middle & upper management and support positions.
