      Great benefits, paid holidays, simple work schedules, a lot to know following market and trends

      Cons

      disorganized, un structured, a lot of thievery, lying, sneaking behavior, and this is not just from the associates it's from upper management such as district and ops director, rude customers every day, low educational level inside the organization, favoritism is strongly supported, unprofessionalism

      Pros

      Cash America is really big on sponsoring charities. They have a great push for JDRF. Many of the departments have team building times.

      Cons

      Their PTO plans are very outdated. They say they are about family life and work life balance but that was not my experience.
