Pros
Depending on location and store manager, it can have a family feel.
Cons
The company itself actually does not care about employees. Every month they come out with new rules that are more restricting and seem to punish employees. A lot of responsibility for a little pay, and the reaction you get when you ask for a pay raise is ridiculous. The word HR is practically a cuss word and any at all mentions of HR are met with brutal retaliation. Frequently asked to work on days the store is not even open to scrub floors and toilets.
