Management, Management, Management. From the district to regional and even executive staff?!?! In this company Pawnbrokers are treated like dirt. You are overworked for little pay. The commission matrix is a joke (pawns, buys, layaway, service fees, etc) which seems impossible to meet all of them. Upper management never recognizes your efforts for anything you do and trying to get promoted is next to impossible regardless of your experience. You are asked to zip through customers versus building a rapport and making that sale.
