4 robbies at my store in a little over 1 year.. Stressful times, cut costs, only care about getting a sale. Unappreciated. Management and district managers in need of better leadership skills. I felt managers never used the companies core values. Commission is a low percentage.

Corporate structuring meant unrealistic goals for high ticket items like jewelry. Wage growth was incredibly poor and not based on performance. One year saw 1.00 the manager was allowed to split among 6 employees. I got a .13 cent raise that year. Health coverage was weak.
