Was a great job ... Still fun at times but much more stress and work than there used to be.
Pros
Fair pay, work with great people, no day is ever the same. Time flies at work and sometimes doesn't even feel like work.
Cons
Company sends out tons of initiatives and keeps you more than busy. Always runs "lean and mean" meaning never enough staff. Company expects you to do more than humanly capable . Pay is fair but the incentive program is horrible , your bonus pay is nowhere worth the amount of effort, time , sweat , blood and tears you out into the job. Years ago the bonus program was great and worked well , then they changed it and only changed it for the benefit of the company and not its employees. Opened on Sunday's and pile on the work. Company keeps taking and taking and not giving back. This used to be a great company to work for.
