      Pros

      It's a job. They will start you out at a fair wage, but you will see little after that. You do get great discounts in the shop.

      Cons

      The new leadership has lost all focus on work life balance. The core values that were once so important, are no longer being lived. Shop managers are being forced to work extreme hours, without the resources.

      Great place to learn about everything and their values in a resale environment including the worth of jewelry and how to spot fakes

      Cons

      It really USED to be a fun job/career. However, recent changes in the company have made it a miserable place to work. With the focus being emphasized on external customers, the internal customers are being dumped on and demoralized. The bonus structure for management has been chipped away to literally the barest amount possible while trying to disguise it as something new and exciting with boundless rewards. Please. In the end, there are better places to work now that care about their employees. Good luck with keeping your stock holders happy Cash America because THEY are the ones you care about
