Pros
full time employment, early day off with other days coming in at latter time while still getting near 40/hours a week plus every Sunday off plus commission added to your base pay every month
Cons
not a fixed schedule, hard to make good money unless you are the main store manager and alot of labor work my biggest problem with the company is their is no ballance with work life and home life. when you have a family and they work a normal job mon-fri early mornings to 5 or 6 in the evenings and they have to go to bed by 10pm , getting off at 8 doesnt give us much time with them...it sucks
