No support, sadly many customers are extremely aggressive over the phone. Put up with a lot of verbal abuse . Aggressive foul mouth customers are always right, management can be cold and indifferent. You need thick skin to work here. Lacks compassion kindness understanding and listening to the needs of the employee.
